4dmoon Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide

To register and use the 4dmoon platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Be an individual registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• Not appear on the list of individuals excluded from the 4dmoon platform under any self-exclusion program.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 4dmoon reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including government-issued ID, proof of address, and documents related to your payment method.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 4dmoon platform. Any attempt to register additional accounts — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or banking details — is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. This includes:

• Not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using public or shared devices.
• Notify the 4dmoon support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

4dmoon will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure, including cases where your password is voluntarily shared with another party.

4dmoon supports a range of trusted and secure payment methods for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards.

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

• You are only permitted to use payment methods registered in your own name — the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals from your 4dmoon account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM (Malaysia time) will be processed on the same day.
• Requests submitted after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, and must be in the same name as the 4dmoon account holder.

Where funds to be withdrawn include bonus money, the bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the withdrawal can be processed. Balances derived solely from bonuses without any actual deposit activity are subject to additional review.

Your account on the 4dmoon platform may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At your own request: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned after the required review.
• Terms violation: Any material breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
• Suspicious activity: If there are signs of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity, the account will be suspended while an investigation is conducted.
• Inactivity period: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or archiving, subject to notice sent to the registered email.

4dmoon provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a specific purpose. That said, we are committed to maintaining high uptime and addressing any technical issues promptly.

• 4dmoon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including wagering losses during unintentional technical disruptions.
• In cases of force majeure — including natural disasters, large-scale internet infrastructure failures, or government directives — 4dmoon is not liable for any resulting service disruptions.
• 4dmoon reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4dmoon platform will be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration or in a Malaysian court of competent jurisdiction.
